Well we took our truck to have the transmission built because we had a built engine, when we get it back the truck's running hot and blowing oil everywhere. We call Tom to tell him there is a problem, he put a oil cooler that covered the whole front of the radiator. When we call him it takes weeks before he ever gets back to you. You have to start saying well tell him we're going to have to go to court if he don't call. Then when he calls he makes up all kinds of excuses even when he talked to me he says Well I'm 61 and I asked at any other I said well I'm 60 and it doesn't matter Y'all ran our truck hot and now it's blowing oil from everywhere He says that we didn't have enough CFMs evidently on the fans. I was wondering why he wouldn't have ask or checked to see what the CFMs were since he's the person that was building the high performance transmission. Then he tries to play it off that he didn't know it was high performance He knew the vehicle was high performance we've knew Tom for 40 years or better, we've never had a problem until now I cannot believe that he would do us that way we've sent him business for years and years and years and when something happens one of those fr

Definitely not what I was hoping for. They have an unsecured lot so I picked it up on the weekend after their outrageous qoute. They lost my keys for over a week. I called them 3x and stopped by once and they didn't even call me when they found them. They 1st tried to tell me they put them under the mat, locked in my vehicle. Hey!? What if that was my only key? Not to mention the $4k they tried to charge me to "rebuild" my transmission. Glad I took it somewhere else.

Got me for $750. Said they can fix my Chevy Silverado that had a p0711 code. Ended up saying it was my TCM they flashed it. Also said they changed the pressure switch manifold which my 4L 60e transmission is a 2009 and it doesn't have a pressure switch manifold. Long story short. worked for about a week. Started acting up again. Take it back to them. set for about a week they didn't do nothing to it. Said it was an electrical issue and they didn't want to mess with it. Thanks for taking my money I really appreciate it and thanks for charging me for a part my transmission doesn't even have. Being sarcastic. Don't go to these guys they're crooks.

Had my 1995 F150 transmission rebuilt here. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They even offer a free check-up in a couple days which they noticed my overdrive button stayed on and it was a little hard to place in park. They fixed this for free since only had transmission for couple of days. Have had no problems since then. I would highly recommend.
